You can make changes to your team members and team details right up until event registration.

Entry Fee

The entry fee covers a team of three women.

XCover Refund Protection

We highly recommend selecting the refund protection offered through XCover. Please review the XCover Terms and Conditions (Booking Protection) for more details.

Withdrawing from the Event

If your team needs to withdraw, please inform us as soon as possible.

• For XCover Refund Protection holders: We will provide you with a link to contact XCover directly for a full refund.

• Without XCover: Refunds are processed according to our standard policy below.

Refund Policy - Merrell Spring Challenge 2025

• 90% refund – Withdraw before March 31st, 2025, or transfer your entry to the Merrell Summer Challenge 2026.

• 80% refund – Withdraw before June 30th, 2025 (no transfer option).

• 60% refund – Withdraw before August 20th, 2025 (no transfer option).

• 30% refund – Withdraw before September 4th, 2025 (no transfer option).

• No refunds after September 4th, 2025 (no transfer option).

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled within the last week due to weather, natural disasters, or any other justifiable reasons as determined by the organisers, no refunds will be issued.

Refund protection is the responsibility of participants, and we have provided all teams with the option to add XCover.

Insurance

All competitors are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
